"Be aware of yourself and where you are, then just take distance with yourself, this is the best thing to do."
And what about the 4 steps to unblock your mind:
1) Don´t imagine how things should have been better if everything happened otherwise
2) Stop comparing yourself always with those who seem better than you.
3) Be grateful for all the time you enjoyed something (or someone) till it was gone (if "thanks" will be the only word you ever know this will be enough)
4) Be fully conscious in all you still can enjoy for today and the days to come.
"Who is fine with him/herself is fine everywhere,with anyone. Who feels bad about him/herself never will be fine where he or she is or with whoever met"
