Know the truth and the truth will set you free.
Part of what we can learn is to distinguish the difference between facts and the truth. Facts are measurements of circumstances as they are, but the truth is eternal. The truth doesn’t change. It is only our awareness of the truth that changes.
What is in your bank account today, what is in the news today, even what a doctor says about your condition; those are facts. But the truth is, there is a power that is greater than facts.
When the Master Teacher said the One that is in Me is greater than the one that is in the world, he was teaching us how to distinguish the difference between truth and facts. Know the truth and the truth will set you free from the dominance of the facts controlling your life.
Today we give our soul a good healthy dose of the truth.

ARROGANT~Seth Goodin
Arrogant
This is a fear and a paradox of doing work that's important.
A fear because so many of us are raised to avoid appearing arrogant. Being called arrogant is a terrible slur, it means that you're not only a failure, but a poser as well.
It's a paradox, though, because the confidence and attitude that goes with bringing a new idea into the world ("hey, listen to this,") is a hair's breadth away, or at least sometimes it feels that way, from being arrogant.
And so we keep our head down. Better, they say, to be invisible and non-contributing than risk being arrogant.
That feels like a selfish, cowardly cop out to me. Better, I think, to make a difference and run the risk of failing sometimes, of being made fun of, and yes, appearing arrogant. It's far better than the alternative.

Actors, Auditions and Self-Worth: by Louise L. Hay
Actors, Auditions and Self-Worth
by Louise L. Hay
I’d also like to instill the idea that you audition for the fun of doing the audition, and if you get the part, then that’s an extra bonus. It seems silly to me to be in an industry that by its very nature cannot accept everyone who tries out for the part, and then to say to yourself that I’m not good enough because I didn’t get the part. Sometimes there are more than 2,000 applicants for a single role. Are you really meant to believe that 1,999 of these people aren’t good enough? Of course not!
Actors and actresses who suffer personal rejection because they weren’t hired seem to forget that there are many reasons for accepting or not accepting a particular person for the role. Even if your acting talent is excellent, you may be too tall, too short, too young, too old, too loud, too soft, too funny, too serious, or have the wrong hair color or ethnic look. And 1,999 other people were rejected for similar reasons.
Whether you are going on an audition or an interview. The perfect job is there waiting for you. So go about your day and enjoy Life.

Judging & condemning
"What we despise in another is what we despise within ourselves. We are One & reflections of each other. We get to remind people of who they truly are through love & compassion. Judging & condemning others is a spell we cast on ourselves, that bounds our own evolution & keeps us separate. What we despise is our greatest teacher & healer." ~Judah Isvaran

See the Gift
Look for the gifts in everything, especially when you are facing what appears to be a negative situation. Everything that we attract causes us to grow, which means that ultimately everything is for our own good.
Adjusting to a new path and a new direction will require new qualities and strengths, and these qualities are always exactly what we need to acquire in order to accomplish the great things ahead in our life.
May the joy be with you,

Spirituality and the Gift of Anger
Spirituality and the Gift of Anger
Hi Judah,
I have a question for you regarding anger. I feel like sometimes I get stuck in this mindset that spirituality excludes anger. Yet, the energy of anger when it is unreleased is poisonous and leaks out all over the place. What is the best way to release it and completely clear yourself from stored up anger, to free yourself from that energy? Thank you in advance for your insight.
K.D in Los Angeles.
Thank you for your inquiry K.D,
Anger is an emotion that has within it the seeds of destruction & bondage, or evolution & redemption. Anger is deeply rooted in judgment & attachment. While anger can offer a wellspring of wisdom when it brings understanding, it holds the possibility of spiraling into malice or attack. His Holiness the Dalai Lama stated, “We can see subconscious anger in terms of a lack of awareness, as well as an active misconstruing of reality." Anger unexpressed, does not serve, it robs one of it’s transformative power & gifts. When anger is approached with attention & presence then the experience becomes profound. As with all emotions, we have the seed of anger within us; get this, it is impossible for someone to “make” us angry. We alone are solely responsible for our interpretations and projections. Life is coming “from” us not “at” us as most would have it. The conscious response to anger is to embrace it compassionately from a space of non-attachment. From there you are able to witness that anger is birthed from the Spiritual. You will observe that anger and spirituality are not separate, they are one in the same. All life and all Acts are Spiritual when seen through the eyes of awareness. Understanding is a gift of awareness.
Anger serves a useful purpose in spirituality when noticed from awareness. Anger must be acknowledged, not shunned & buried. Turning a blind eye to this powerful force does not hinder its expression, it then wages war against the body and mind in the form of disease. Embraced with understanding & inquiry, anger becomes our servant & liberator. It then reveals itself as a loving source of healing ascending from the Soul. The Soul is the Inner Lighthouse illuminating our journey to the Perfection and Wholeness of our very Essence. Anger allows us to experience our “wounds” and feelings of “separation”, illuminated by the Soul as an opportunity for healing the illusions of duality. Viewed from mindfulness our emotions are transformative forces of healing and purification, inspiring right action to unfold a transcendent shift within. Anger when approached from Insight becomes a gift rather than a curse, the Light of the Soul bestows a direct experience of Enlightenment by healing and removing obstacles on the Inner Journey of Infinite Becoming.
Anger as a force of destruction is of the E.G.O. It is paralyzing, annihilates relationships and is a breach against the Soul. Invited with Awareness, it is an opportunity to bring Light to darkness for the sake of healing into Oneness/Wholeness. You get to choose. Are you it’s master or it’s slave?

YOU have your answer.
"Realize that you are not anyone else's answer. You are the answer to a question that is uniquely your own. To find your answer, draw from all sources that resonate with your heart; but know that you should never give yourself over to those sources. To follow another is to fall into the illusion that they have your answer. They do not. If you come to believe that they do, then you will be giving away your power to answer your own question. You are the only one that can ultimately answer your own question. Listen to all you feel to; follow none but yourself. Know that YOU have your answer." ~ Story Waters

Relationships
Relationships
You can completely transform any relationship, no matter what it's like right now.Every single relationship you have is a reflection of how you feel inside about you. You are a magnet attracting to you all things, via the signal you are emitting through your thoughts and feelings. Every relationship you have and every interaction with every person, is a reflection of your own thoughts and feelings in that very moment.
To transform every single relationship you have in your life:
Fall in love with YOU!Make lists of hundreds and hundreds of wonderful things about you. Keep adding to it every day.~ The Secret Teachings Summary
Know that you are perfect. Do not think any negative thoughts about you.
Know that you are worthy and deserving of anything and everything you could possibly want in your life.
Focus on the wonderful things in every person. Look for only those things.
Do not blame or criticize anybody, ever.
Set an intention that you are going to see the best in everything and everyone.
Make your happiness the number one thing in your life. Happiness is an inside job.
Free yourself of the responsibility of trying to make other people happy. Respect and love them enough to allow them to take care of their own happiness.
Get your attention off those things in others that don't make you feel good.
Appreciate and love yourself in every moment you can.
Do not expect others to behave in a way you want, so you will be happy. Release yourself forevermore and know that you alone control your happiness and it is a choice, no matter what anyone else is doing.
Love and respect yourself completely.
Know that you are perfect right now

The Art of Empowerment.
In the Babemba tribe in Africa, when a person acts irresponsibly or unjustly, he/she is placed in the center of the village, alone and unfettered. All work ceases, and every man, woman and child in the village gathers in a large circle around the "accused" individual. Then each person in the tribe speaks to the accused, one at a time, about all the good things the person in the center of the circle has done in his lifetime. Every incident, every experience that can be recalled with any detail and accuracy is recounted. All his/her positive attributes, good deeds, strengths and kindnesses are recited carefully and at length. The tribal ceremony often lasts several days.
The tribe recognizes that the correction for non-integrous behavior is not punishment, but love and the remembrance of identity. They believe a friend, coach, or teacher, is someone who knows your song and sings it to you when you have forgotten it. They are not fooled by the mistakes you have made or the dark images you hold about yourself. They remember your beauty when you feel ugly; your wholeness when you are broken; your innocence when you feel guilty; and your purpose when you are confused.
One of the most important lessons we can learn from evolution is that we are related to all that lives. Consider the fact that your personal DNA is 99.99 % identical to the DNA of every other human being, and to all that has ever lived. Once we begin to include ourselves in the story that we are no longer on an individual journey, we have joined the grand caravan of "endless forms -most beautiful and wonderful". This is cooperation and collaboration at it's core essence
So, I encourage all to offer some time to BE with your fellow travelers (friends and "strangers" alike) this week, reminding each other that we are one beautiful family on an unprecedented journey back home. - ~Sheryl Sever
